  • Stay calm during emergencies and follow protocols
Common Mistakes to Avoid

Ignoring Maintenance

Neglecting to clean or maintain equipment leads to negative events and anomaly triggers.

Poor Power Management

Running out of power triggers emergencies. Monitor levels constantly and conserve when possible.

Serving Anomalies

The worst mistake. Always verify customers are human before serving. Use cameras first.

Actionable Checklist (from playthroughs)
  • Cameras first, always. If distorted (faceless/white eyes/extra limbs), do NOT open.
  • Smiling customer → hand soda → seal bundle under counter. Do not open bundle.
  • Pulsing or talking meat → kill heat, leave immediately, re-enter after quiet.
  • Faceless customer → serve without eye contact; finish quickly.
  • “Must not serve” customers → close window instantly; banging/screams will fade.
  • 2 AM inspection → back door exit, back to kiosk, never look at kiosk or monitors.
  • Keep power above critical; cut meat during calm; maintain at least 6 meat pieces ready.
  • Expect jump scares (fridge/door). Recover, recheck cams, keep shutters ready.
