Customer Identification Rules
Only serve shawarma to customers who are confirmed to be human
Check customers via security cameras first before opening the door
Special Customer Rules
Give the Smiling Customer a soda, take the note, and seal it immediately—do not open it
Serve the Faceless Customer but never look directly at their face
Special Event Rules
At 2:00 AM every Friday, exit through the back door during the inspection
Never look at the shawarma stand during the inspection
In-Store Anomaly Rules
If shawarma skewers twitch: turn off heat, leave the store, wait until sounds stop
If the grill breathes: run to the backyard and wait until it returns to normal
If lights go out: fix circuit breaker or hide under table with eyes closed
If eyes appear on walls: close your eyes and count to 5 silently
If something falls from above: do not look up and continue current order
CRITICAL WARNING
Never serve any food to impostors—this is the most serious violation and will trigger game over or more terrifying consequences.

Rule → Violation → Outcome
- 2 AM driverless car (Inspection): Correct: exit via back door, back facing the stand, do NOT look at kiosk/monitor. Violation: looking triggers “Unauthorized presence” and termination.
- Smiling customer soda trade: Give soda, stash wriggling bundle sealed. Skipping seal risks unknown anomaly escalation.
- Faceless customer: Serve without eye contact. Staring is high risk (not logged safe in runs).
- Pulsing/meat voices: Kill heat and leave. Staying leads to instability and potential attack.
- Do not serve “must-not-serve” customers: Close window immediately; delays cause banging/screams and higher threat.
